Analyze production processes to improve cycle times and ensure work performance follows the Standardized Work (STDW) system.
Lead the analysis of product defects and process-related problems to implement effective corrective actions.
Investigate the root causes of scrap and develop engineering solutions to reduce waste and optimize costs.
Coordinate with the Maintenance team to ensure all machines and tools are in optimal working condition.
Maintain the function’s quality management system in alignment with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
Act as a technical trainer for line leaders and operators, providing On-the-Job Training (OJT) to upskill the team.

Must Have (Essential)

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related engineering field.
Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply, or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong ability to perform Problem Analysis and identify root causes for production defects.
Basic to Intermediate English skills (capable of reading technical documents and basic reporting).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have (Advantageous)

Prior experience or internship in Automotive Parts manufacturing.
Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
Basic understanding of TPS (Toyota Production System), Lean Manufacturing, or Shopfloor management.
Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
Basic understanding of Preventive Maintenance and continuous improvement processes.
