Must Have (Essential)
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related engineering field.
- Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply, or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong ability to perform Problem Analysis and identify root causes for production defects.
- Basic to Intermediate English skills (capable of reading technical documents and basic reporting).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have (Advantageous)
- Prior experience or internship in Automotive Parts manufacturing.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Basic understanding of TPS (Toyota Production System), Lean Manufacturing, or Shopfloor management.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
- Basic understanding of Preventive Maintenance and continuous improvement processes.
